Our DIY Special Event, 30 days of DIY Designer Ornaments launches today! For the next 30 days visit us each day for a new, easy ornament project.

30 Days of Designer DIY Ornaments from HomeWorkshop.com

We’re not talking candy canes and snowmen here –
but simply stylish confections to deck your tree in design.

Your tree will have it all:

  • Texture
  • Color
  • Sparkle
  • Spunk

We’ll look to current design trends and we’ll include a healthy dose of sentiment. Some ornaments literally take 5 minutes to assemble, and others will make an enjoyable afternoon of crafting.

We’ll reuse some common household materials, and we’ll use others that may not scream tree trimming to you at first. You’ll find great ways to involve the kids or
grandkids too.

Each day you’ll layer on more beauty and fun! Ya Ready? Here we go…

Day 1: Wired Snowdrops
Day 2: Hardware Deco
Day 3: Tiered Trees
Day 4: Simply Spirals from Recycled TP Tubes
Day 5: Cabins in the Woods
Day 6: Suzani Snowflakes
Day 7: Layers of Love
Day 8: Whimsical & Wise
Day 9: Hot Dots
Day 10: Texting Balls
Day 11: Origami Garland from Recycled Holiday Catalogs
Day 12: Recycled Soda Can Garland
Day 13: Recycled Plastic Bottle Garland
Day 14: Mackintosh-Inspired Trees
Day 15: Bargain Photo Frame Ornament
Day 16: Tresa’s Stuffed Hot Cocoa Ornament
Day 17: Damask Flourishes
Day 18: Drum Chandies
Day 19: Painted Canvas Snowflakes
Day 20: Jute Ornament Balls
Day 21: Pip’s Crocheted Christmas Baubles

Oh WOW! I will be sitting close to my computer, peppermint mocha in hand, READY to check out each days DIY ornament! There’s still plenty of time to create something beautiful to pass on to my children. Fantastic idea!

Thanks Casey for your enthusiasm (and your gorgeous artwork)!

Hmmm, peppermint mocha is sounding pretty darn good to me about now. I’ll be right over :)
